VRS CR LE, Clutch Pedal position

Featured Replies

Hi All

Question from a Newbie :)

Is it possible to reduce the height slightly of my clutch pedal without detrement to the mechanics of the engine of course.

At 6'5" tall with big feet the large movements needed for me to move my leg from the rest plate up onto the clutch is giving me some mild lower back ache.

So my thinking was to try and lessen my leg movemente by reducing the resting height of the clutch pedal a little. wondered if there was a simple adjuster anywhere, when i depress the clutch there does appear to be a fair bit of slack before the full resistance of the clutch is felt

many thanks

GN

Answer is no I'm afraid, clutch is hydraulic.

Bummer, thanks MoggyTech

I'm 6'7, 36.5" inside leg, size 14 shoes and I've gotta say I've never had a problem with the pedals on the Octy 2. I find there's way more room around the pedals than in other cars. A good tip though, if you want extra comfort, especially on a long journey, is drive without your shoes. It's so comfy and gives you loads of extra room.
