Featured Replies

hi every1 i have recently bought a ocatvia vrs 2.0 tfsi 06 plate , and on the way home from work tonight i put the foot down hard in first upto the red line then into second and it lost power for a second then it it was ok , i tryed it again with the traction control off and it did it again , has any1 had the same problem or have any ideas what it could be ????? thanks

You need to firstly turn down the volume and the size on that text :D

Without getting a scan for fault codes it could be a whole host of things.

You need to get a scan done either by someone local to you with VCDS or a dealer then come back with a fault code which will help. Otherwise they will just be wild random guesses

Im in Folkestone and can do it if your near there

Is it remapped?

no its standard as far as i know , if there was was a fault would the engine managment light not come on ??

Not always.

Mechanical faults wont show and not all other faults that get logged in the ECU show up with the EML
