Check in the car styling thread..loads of info in there..I kerbed one of mine a couple of months back, and decided to try and repair it myself...it is really pretty simple, and a lot cheaper..you just need the nerve to try it !!

If its a major 'gouge' then professional fix advisable. But if its only a minor scrape it is pretty easy DIY. My wife's SAAB has alloys the same colour as my Vrs, I find a wet & dry rubdown & spray is fine. I did the SAAB over a year ago & still 100% good. Colour match is difficult, I found the perfect match is with Audi Silver!
