Wish me luck!

Featured Replies

A couple of months ago I wrote concerning my turbo, which had cut out causing the vehicle to go into "limp home" mode.

Prior to me getting it looked at, travelling at about 70mph I lost all power, although the engine did not cut out. I freewheeled to a stop, revved the vehicle with no problems, and carried on my way with no further problems.

My local Skoda garage has diagnosed either a faulty N75 block or a faulty turbo. Guess which I am trying first?

Fitted new N75 last night. £138 supplied. Hope it works, as they have quoted £1600 to remove old turbo and replace with new. Think it may be a rebuild if no joy.

I hope it works!

Mark

Good luck :D

You both need help! :D

Oh, and fingers crossed for the N75 renewal of hope and joy
