Random buzzer

Featured Replies

This morning driving to work, i had a buzzer just go off at random in the car.

Theres no lights to indicate anything wrong, it wasn't cold, i hadn't been driving for long, all the things that i can think of that would cause a buzzer were fine.

Anyone got any ideas?

Happened to mine a couple of times, once with a light, once without. Both times it's been screen wash level low.

Hope it helps.

Sure it wasn't the coolant level sender ???

It's that time of year again.

Actually i was going round a corner at the time. I will check that. Cheers Gents!

If it is that it is normally accompanied by a water warning light on the dash, but if you were driving you may not have seen that.

my old seat used to do it was oil pressure

12" vibrator in the glovebox going off?

Thats specific to your car.... so I have heard :P

In my car coolant, windscreen wash, brake fluid, low fuel warnings all "bong" plus have a light on the dash.

It wasn't a sound on the radio was it? I have heard a couple of songs recently that seem to have just the same "bong" sound as the standard Octy warning tone. It keeps making me look at my dash to see what has broken next!
