Is my rear ARB drop link goosed?

Hi all, had a knocking from the rear offside for a few months now. But as of the weather cooling off recently, it seems to becoming more apparent on really bumpy surfaces.

So i've had a quick poke around under the car this evening, the ARB bushes seem to look ok. Also the rear drop link on the offside looks to be in good nick, but it makes a noise like a front drop link has failed, but on the rear of the car instead.

Has anyone else encountered any problems with these parts?

And how hard are they to change?
