Vrs coilovers

Featured Replies

Hi guys and gals,

just a quick question here requarding the above

i've been told the mk1 seat leon coilover kit will fit the vrs?? is this correct??

if so is there any mods needed as been offered a set by a friend from his leon cupra.

sorry if this has already been answered in various other threads

cheeRS

You'll need a higher spring rate on the back (as the back end is much heavier), but they should "fit". In theory.

erm I think that the cupra has a slightly diff ARB connection? some one will say. as far as Im aware mate the Seat Leaon Cupra R ones will work. not sure on the normal cupra

I have the Leon Cupra Mk 1 coilovers on my VRS and fit as a skoda VRS kit would , same set up. Don't think they stated Cupra R, just the Mk1.

The Part number i have for Weitec is 13281008. I went for these instead on the VRS ones because they are 20kg stronger than the VRS ones.
