Another hoax email from "HMRC", tax refund.

Featured Replies

Just a heads up people, there is an email doing the rounds at the moment that is pretending to be from HMRC. It is sent from [email protected] and contains an attachment to claim a tax refund. I contacted HMRC before opening the attachment (suspicious because the grammar was not good) and they have confirmed that they never send out an email for a refund and that it is a scam.
