I have a 2006 Octavia with the non mp3 stream single slot with the 6 disc changer in the boot

Here is the problem

The display comes up with cd error and is stuck on cd 4 cant eject but you can here it trying to

I was told to try and disonect the changer but cant see how to get the changer out of the boot as I cant find how its fitted

Any help wecomed

Take battery negative lead off to cut the power to the CD changer?

My mate said to try that will try that tomo I have now noticed that the lights go though lighting up when pressing buttons twice no idea what it means
