Octavia 1 VRS spark plugs?

Featured Replies

Anyone running different plugs in their VRS, ie NGK or Denso iridium plugs?

Or am I better off with standard efforts?

depends if your car is remapped or not? If it is the BKR7E's are favoured by the VW Vortex forum.

It will be remapped shortly. Thanks

I've got Denso Iridium IK20's in my remapped vrs.

They have been in for three years and done just under 6K...... I took them out a couple of weeks ago and they still looked as good as new, and the gap had not altered from the 0.8mm I set them at.

I have got ngk bkr7e going onto my car when it stops raining......

Iridium plugs cost more, however last longer.

Around £30 a set instead of £8 for a set of bkr7e plugs.
