I have just got my fabia, i had my clarion flip out screen thing in my corsa and it was working fine. tryed to put it into my fabia and only the right speakers are working. Does any one have any ideas wwhy this may be?

I tried putting my original Skoda radio back in my car the other day which worked fine when it was taken out. Now the display doesn't display, the tape makes a very annoying whiring noise throught the speakers drowning out the music, (yes, it took a while to find a tape to play in it) and finally, the radio won't seek. All it has done for 4 years is sit on a shelf in a box and maybe it got used to the idea of not working and has given up it's previous life and re-trained to become a paper weight....
