chocolate on seat

Featured Replies

Help i managed to drop some chocolate on my front drivers seat. Its a vrs on the chocolate is on the light part and the mesh insert.Any ideas how to clean it,i've put scotch guard on the seats a few weeks back but the chocolate has still marked the seat. The chocolate has worked its way into the mesh inserts. So any ideas please. Thanks

maybe some very gentle heat (hairdryer) followed by some material cleaner (1001 or whatever its called) and some light scrubbing?

if not i've heard wonderful things about rug doctors on car seats. even on ingrained dirt.

I had similar on my vrs a while back. Non perfumed baby wipes did the trick for me.

If that fails, i would try a tea towel and some Autoglym Interior Shampoo. If that doesn't get it out i'd then try a nail brush applying light pressure as to not damage the seat.

When i got my VRS seats from the breakers there was thick grease smeared into the mesh, a tea towel and plenty of autoglym lifted it straight out. So you maybe able to get it out easily.

if you have a steam cleaner, use that with a cloth over the end and it will lift the choco out onto the cloth.
