Just A Few Queries!

I collected my lovely new shiny Octavia 1.4 tsi SE on Friday last, can someone please advise on the following:

I was not aware that there is a fabric insert on all of the doors, should I treat these with something like Scotcgard?

The colour of my car is Rosso Brunello, will it be ok to use Collinite on this dark colour.

Finally, I have a new set of car mats given to me as a present, not Skoda, the floor fittings are different, can you remove these fittings or will I rip the carpet?
