Look on the IMEI lable, there will be a 5 digit code in the format XXWYY where XX is the calender week of the year and YY is the year it was made... I think I got that the right way round....

Not sure if the mic is surface mount, if it is your going to need a send away. If it's flex mount then it should be a 2 hr TAT if they have the parts in
