Changed fuses and new front window switches in arm rest still not working help!

Both windows stopped working same time if its not fuse and not window switches whats left to check ?if driverside has fault I take it it stops passenger window also?

v68 flap motor fault is showing on scan.Not sure what part to look for or where to purchase from or if its easy to fit.Any help appreciated as im getting cooked driving the car
