Phatbox question - need to 'browse by' twice?

Question for any current or previous Phatbox users.

Example: If I turn the car on, fire up the stereo, hit CD 3 to browse by album - all is fine. I get the little noise, "Now browsing by album" is said through the speakers, I can then go forward and back fine.

I then let the album choice timeout so essentially I've selected an album and the little noise is played again.

If I then want to browse by album again, I get the problem: hit CD 3 to browse by album, get the little noise, hear "Now browsing by album" through the speakers but I'm unable to move forward or backwards through the albums - nothing happens again.

I'm obviously unable to select an album, so get the timeout noise. If I immediate try again, it's fine.

Done this consistently since day 1, with all 'browse by' choices e.g. artist, album, playlist etc.

Any clues? Fairly explicit problem I know
