Trouble with a Parrot MK6000

I've recently purchased a Parrot MK6000 to fit into my 08 Fabia 1.

It stated I needed an ISO loom so I purchased one, this arrived so I tried to install the unit. I unplugged the leads from the back of the stereo and plugged them into the ISO adapter and then worked out the rest but the remaining leads that need to go into the back of the stereo don't seem to match so I am presuming there is another lead or adapter I need to purchase to plug the leads back into the stereo?

If anyone has any ideas that would be greatly appreciated!
