would you say it is a good idea to have heated seats as heard a few reports they are a bit cold in winter?

Delivery times have improved

Mine was ordered on 23rd Nov and arrived last week..2nd week in Jan

THey initially told me it would be delivered in mid February

Its in the compound now waiting for March 1st

Yes I have heated seats on mine (at the insistence of SWMBO) and they are great this time of year

Likewise have ordered heated (leather) seats at the insistence of SWMBO. If they get as hot as the heated (leather) seats in the Golf then they'll be plenty hot enough for me...setting 5 (max) in the Golf is SCORCHIO!

I have the heated standard vRS seats and you get 3 heat settings. They don't seem to get overly hot - just enough to make you snug. They seem a little slow in getting up to temp as well (at least compared to the heated seats on my old Volvo which were hotter and quicker to warm up). Definitely much better than no heated seats though!
