exhaust uk

Featured Replies

hi , im looking at getting a custom turbo back inc 200 cell sports cat very soon . had a quote from them today and it was £635 .

is this a good price ? can i get a system like this anywhere cheaper ?

i would go for a Blueflame exhaust & 100cell sports cat.

is powerflow any good? they said they would do a cat back for 250

i had one on clio , along with a K-Tec 4-1 manifold . sounded the dogs *******s , very loud it was .

have a listen . only problem i had was the brackets on one side kept braking due to how the do them .

The silencers are actually supplied by Cobra Motorsport, i will comment on how nice they sound. The 1.6 16v Saxo VTS i heard it on was decatted and had a centre and rear silencer in place and it was rather loud and intrusive, to the point the i couldn't hear him and his gf speaking in the front whilst cruising on the motorway or generally driving around.

I wouldn't say there a bad exhaust, but i think you'd be best asking for one made up with a nice exhaust note. But not too intrusive.

exhaust uk are a bit more expensive but there standard of work speaks for itself it is second to non, powerflow are a good way to get a cheap stainless system with a tailpipe and a sound of your choice. i personally have a miltek non resonated cat bk system on mine only £330 so bit more than powerflow but cheaper than exhaust uk and it sounds ok not loud and not quiet and a seriously good fit and quality system B)
