ive a 54 occy vrs

yesterday the boot shut and now wont open. all the other doors are fine and can be heard locking and unlocking when central locking is pressed

but no sound coming from the boot.!!!

any one had any problems like this? is it pricey?

Sounds like the Boot central locking solenoi has gone. can you open it when inserting the key?

If not you can get into the boot by folding down the rear seats and then if you stretch into the boot and press the orange lever the boot will open.

You probably will need a locking mechanism/solenoid around £70 i think.
