Get it done soon , skoda recommends every 4 years now regardless of mileage  . Better safe than sorry

It's 80k or 4 years.

As your's is now 7 years old it would be prudent to change it and the water pump regardless of mileage, try the VW dealers as well as Skoda, you may be suprised whose cheaper, expect to pay £300 at an independant, £425 at VW and £450 at Skoda, it's worth ringing around on.

Make sure that cambelt replacement includes tensioner(s) , water pump , ribbed belt ( alternator / air-con) and genuine G12 ( or G12 + or G12++ coolant (pink in colour) .

Funny how it's only the UK that recommends the 4 year interval - EVERYWHERE elso it's only done on mileage.

That said is it worth the 'gamble'?
