Tamiya 1/10th Carrera GT

Featured Replies

Selling all my Radio Controlled stuff as lack of room in the house and don't 'play' with them anymore

This is the Tamiya 1/10th scale Porsche Carrera GT

Purchased in summer 2008 as a birthday present.

Painted in Renault Sport Pearl yellow and Anthracite wheels/mirrors.

Has been used on dry days only and kept on a shelf out of harms way when not in use.

Comes with a 2ch Acoms Radio and a 7.2v battery - so ready to run

Original box and instruction manual included.

emoticon-0106-crying.gif If I hadn't bought a remap I'd have had this off you, but don't have the money now. Never mind. Best of luck with the sale, I'm sure it won't be round for long.

No problem, its an awesome bit of kit and was a joy to build, just no time or space for toys now!

i was thinking of buying a RC car at the end of the month, is that £120 posted? and being a bit of a newbie to the RC scene, can the porka shell be shanged to other cars, just not realy a porsche fan, more of a rally car kinda guy :D

Posted to where?

The shells are interchangeable - you have to get one that fits the TB02 chassis though!

Tamiya offer various Subaru Impreza, Mitsubishi Evo bodies, Touring cars and a few road cars.

Aftermarket companies will offer a few others!

Hope this helps!

I have the instruction manual, 7.2v battery, 2ch Acoms, the car itself and the original box.

posted to Widnes/Liverpool. i'll be intouch, im hoping to get my redundency pay at the end of the month and as i said had plans to buy a RC car, All them mods youve done mean nothing to me, i take it its better than one id buy from a model shop off the shelf?
