Found out the other day that when you have the radio on if you press and hold the 'setup' button it then displays FM/AM and when selecting either one you have a signal strenth display for the freq you are on, you can fine tune the freq with the r/h knob to max signal strenth. cheers - Stuart.

yes , that is true but if you continue to hold "setup" you will see service menu with more info , but to show that service menu you must activate it with vag com (vcds) !
