Which Wheels from VAG fit Skoda?

Featured Replies

After recent bit of snow a friend of mine is thinking about getting some s/h wheels to fit his Skoda Octavia Estate and to get them shod with winter tyres.

Wants to know which wheels in VAG range might fit as well as there seems more of them for sale on Ebay than for the Octavia.

Anyone know?

From an older thread (use the search bar) "The wheel (steel) is a 6.5J x 16, the PCD is 5 x 112, the offset (ET) is 50, and the part number of the wheel is 1K0 601 027A."

I got mine from a Seat Altea on ebay and I think similar wheels can be found on Golfs etc. Try dealers because they often change cars to alloys before delivery (customer changes his mind).

You can buy a complete spare wheel from Skoda of course and you can buy made up wheels and tyres from mytyres.co.uk

There's at least one new thread a day about this lately. Use search or just look back over the last couple of pages of threads in the Octavia 2 section. There are even links to specific suitable sets of wheels on ebay. If he might want to use chains, he wants 6J or 6.5J, 5 x 112, ET50. If he's not worried about chains it would be ok to go up to 7J width or drop the offset down to ET45 or so.
