SAI pipe

Featured Replies

Since the weather was decent today i thought id make a start on trying to solve the dreaded "17705" error code

so i take of the split pipe after the "Y" piece and go about taking off the piece under the manifold. (The pipes internally are very clogged!)

after i put it back together with new piping, i noticed the pipe that goes from the what i think is the SAI to the back of the engine near the Puck/DV is cracked. This was confirmed when i felt air coming out of it when starting my car from cold.

Its the pipe that is held down by 2 bolts are the front of the manifold and then goes to here http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2727/4021535650_773b9432e3_o.jpg

Anyone know the part number for this pipe? is it worth changing or should i just leave it?

Also snapped dipstick tube :( ...anyone got the Part number for this + cost?

thanks in advance

Replacing the split pipe has made a massive difference already :) once I get this little niggles sorted out i will be fitting a Catch tank

Its shocking the amount of Mayo/crud in these pipes!
