SPF2576K.jpg The front insert

These are the ones I'm clueless about SPF2575K.jpg

BigW ......at least I'm not purile !!!!!

Are you sure these don't fit the MK2 Octy.

front subframe where the bolt goes through to hold the dogbone in place, upper and lower, look like mk2 though

They are listed under MK1 though I guess that don't make it so lol

So they are what the subframe bolts go through in the frame then ??

Or they go in the bolt holes themselves, in which case they must be quite small, I think it's the piccy thats confusing me and making them look like the same size as the control arm rear bushes

Edit ...I think I'm right on the second guess

I was thinking that they were for upgrade of the standard front bush if you didnt want to put in a new insert?

And I'm no longer a dirty wee man, I have changed my ways, honestly..... :giggle:

In that case they probably fit into the front bush, but i have replaced mine with the other bush that completely replaces it.

Yeah the website is wrong, the void filling jobbers are for the Octy 2 / Golf Mk5.

Another case closed then, thanks Bodge

yeh go on a mk2 its a different set up

These are for the Mk1, they fit into the original bush in the front of the dog bone mount. I think the idea is that you use these on Diesel models and the complete replacement bush on the Petrol models.

I have them on my 90BHP TDi.

Yeah they are for the mk1 and the vrs model i used to have them they fit onto the oem front dog bone bush they just sleeve it to make it slighty harder, work quiet well just on their own.
