Looking for a recommendation for some good tyres that won't do the sawtooth rummble type thing at 10K or so. Any recommendations? Do I need a higher than 91 load rate?

any tyres will sawtooth if you don't get the alignment sorted out. Naturally, harder wearing tyres will take longer to sawtooth but they will over time.

A full alignment check shouldn't set you back more than £150 (including adjustment) which is apporx the same price as a pair of tyres.
