seeing as the dealer wants £15 a piece...any aftermarket oem replacements out there for cheaper? my current ones are faded and chipped to death so looking to freshen them up

One of the site sponsers (i forget the name, begins in a J) sells badges on ebay.

Im sure i got a pair for £8 or something.

Sorry is it the "skoda" badge you need or OEM VRS badges , because that site is for latter! :wonder:

oh sorry its the actual skoda badge im after :) found them on ebay for £6.50 each....

Make sure you get the genuine Skoda ones. I bought some aftermarket ones last year and I've just had to replace them again as the alloy bits were corroding. Don't think that they were lacquered like the genuine badges.

I think that Jorily sells them for about £9 each.

ones on mine at the moment are oem and have taken a battering, laquer is peeling off and they're faded. dont really like other aftermarket ones though..hmmm

Bet they are more than 12 months old though?

I replaced my faded OEM ones when I bought my car at the end of February last year and the aftermarket badges (standard type) had spots of white corrosion on them by this February, so I replaced them again, but with OEM (needed a new one for my new black grille suround anyway).
