New oem badges replaced

little job, old badges were looking haggered from age so replaced them with some fresh oem ones, genuine parts, wasn't paying £15 a piece from skoda though! its a Skoda FFS. £6.50 ebay ;)

Good price mate! why do they look blue?

The ones that look blue are probably the old ones that were removed??

The badges on my vRS are that funny blue colour, I will be changing mine soon too :-)

Mine have gone blue, the lacquer has also cracked which means they are starting to look pants! Will be changing them when I get a spare minute soon, :thumbup:

Can I ask how they come off as I will need to be doing mine soon.

they're stuck on with a double sided pad, just heat them up and pull, the front one can be pushed off from the 2 lugs if you open the bonnet

OOHH, just looking at that, makes me think colour coded badges could be cool.

I wonder where i can get some red skoda badges!

Just to point out that those EBay ones are not entirely genuine and will not last no where near as long as the OEM ones, The lacquer starts to come away after only a year on mine. Think another thread pointed this out too.

That is why the price is cheaper.

However who cares I guess when you get a few years out of them and you are paying half price. :thumbup:
