After being prompted to Search for info on Sharan as she alledgedly helps with Binding Rears (Blimey . There are some Ruff One's on Google Images )

I found a couple of Threads & thought, I'll do that

So with the Parts at the ready

7M0 615 295 @ £1.66

7M0 615 296 @ £1.66

I jacked the rear up & immediately thought ... Bugger :( My Calipers don't have the Slot in the Fixed Bracket !!! (Audi TT Calipers)

So removed what i can only think is a Damper to stop Vibration being transmitted down the Handbrake Et Voila, There's the Slot

The rest is self explanatory

Ready for the Spring Fitment with Damper removed

Spring Fitted. Angled Hook on the Moving Arm & the Straight Hook on the Calipers fixed Bracket

All Assembled.

HandBrake definately springs back home more effectively & is not too Stiff in operation, Just precise

Yep.. I did try Both ways, Im sure what the Damper does is negligible & i could of left them off, But hey Ho... It seems to work equally as well ..
