Helped a Briskodian with their car today

Featured Replies

Helped a local Briskodian today to clean up their car. Pair of us only spent about 4 hours on it but it came up well. Was pretty good to begin with so the job was more to just remove some paint swirling and get the paint looking good!

Initial claying found very little on the top half of the car. Lower half as traditional was not so good :D

Camera on my phone was not liking the sunlight but this is the "before" - bit swirly

But decent clean sunlight reflection afterwards

Some scuffs on front bumper proved tough, but I managed to reduce the overall effect. Then forgot to take a photo so..... DOH! :giggle:

Car looking better and surrounded by the machinery and various bags of gunk

Side reflection shot - again, camera was not liking the sun hence the overall misty effect.

Of course. :) But this was about sorting out the paintwork. When I asked whether he fancied any tyre dressing, it was decided to apply it at Combe as the car will be used a lot over the next 2 weeks so would be a bit of a waste. Nothing else was worked on but the paint today, oh and just some odd bits like trims and glass.

any chance of a list of the stuff you used and where to buy it from , LOOKS GOOD

Very nice

A gorgeous car and I really good job. Nice work. Stunning weekend for it as well. Might have to come up there to get some "help" myself at some point :p
