I also found these two:

1) Vans Off The Wall - New, still got original cardboard inside. One size fits all - (Does have a design on the front)

2) Vans Off The Wall 59 Fifty 58.7cm 7 3/8's - Original Label included.

It says Size S/M on the label outside. On the inside label it's 6 7/8 - 7 1/4
