hi , hope someone can help me out here ,

2001 fabia 1.4 comfort mpi.

the car has had a small water leak for a while so thought id get it sorted tonight , turned out to be the temp sender in the radiator so removed and resealed it -all ok while under the car i noticed there was a small amount of oil around the front off the engine so i gave it a good covering of degreaser then hosed it all of -all ok,

dropped the car off the jack then ran up to temp all ok ,then i noticed the engine symbol lit up on the dash (orange ).

what could have caused it to come on ?

and how do i get it off ? ,

the car runs as normal !.

you will need a diagnostic and will need to put right woteva it says is causing it..
