Hi Guys,

I've been looking round this forum for a few days now and you all seem like well informed people when it comes to Skoda's so i thought i would join up

I have a 2000 Skoda Fabia, and i'm wanting to put some new ICE into it. The only trouble is i have no idea how to take the door cards or the Tweeter covers off :(

A few tips and hints would be great.

I was told to come over here by some of talkaudio people for some more car specific advice, sounds like you guys will be able to help me

My last install was pretty nice, but i am selling most of it to keep my overdraft at uni down. So it will just be a simple new HU and new component speakers this time. I doubt i'll bother with a sub and amp

Devontopia is the guy to chat too he has a fabia kitted out with ice... with a little help from some one :-)

I didn't realise Devontopia was a member of this forum too. I've spoken to him in the past about the door cards but still couldn't get them off after his pointers, Maybe i'm being stupid. I'll have another look tomorrow

they might just need a tug after you have all the screws out sometimes door cards can have clips and stuff holding them on

Lol, i couldn't even find the screws. I took the tweet A pillar mount off today though which was easy but putting it back on was a nightmare.
