I'd thought I would introduce myself as I am the proud owner of a Fabia VRS '54 plate (55k)

My Name is Mark and just sold my MK3 Mondeo ST TDCi, I only had it 6 months but was never really happy with a couple of things on it and really didn't need a big car.

I've been looking to get a Fabia VRS for a while now, I've been to see a couple from dealers turned out to be unloved cars Until I spotted a new advert on piston heads the other week. Its in Magic Black and the previous owner was a really nice guy, real down to earth and really looked after the VRS. A couple of things which the previous owner had tastefully modified...

- Road re-map done by Autotecknic

- Eibach springs

- Seat Ibiza Cupra R front 'strut' brace

- Seat Leon Cupra R front splitter

- All bulbs have been uprated

- Toyo Tyres all round

The car has just been machine polished and looked like a brand new car when I went down to see it, anyway... to the photos...

I'm not sure if this is a common question but does the console/speedo show the time?! I'm so used to a clock!

There's a meet in Bury St edmunds in July if you fancy it have a look >here<.

I've just been checking out :- http://www.fabia-vrs.com/technical-info and noticed the PD160 mod. I don't think this has been done :- I'll try and get my hand dirty in the week, I'm assuming it will make more of a difference with my remap.

It will assist the engine in breathing a bit better, but don't expect massive gains with it.
