Hi everyone,

I have a mk1 Octavia RS 2002 which i must say has been a fab car to own and drive. I have noticed recently that there seems to be a problem when accelerating where by the power comes in spurts and uneven. It's a bit like a stutter but only under heavy acceleration. Any ideas.

Might be fuel related,check the fuel filter.

Might be turbo related; my Mk1 used to do this, I took it back time and time again but it kept happening. Do you find it worse when cold?
