My Boot Install

Featured Replies

Hi there, just wondering do you think i will be ok installing my new amp/sub combo staright into the boot or do you think i should go through the false floor route?

I was thinking of mounting my amp against the passenger side of the boot wall. Good idea? OR not?

The false floor route might give you easier access to the spare wheel in the event of a puncture...?

Simply up to you mate. Only thing i say is make sure the Amp is secured where ever you have it.

I had my first boot install just like this: Worked fine for what it was. :D

My first (and current) is like this:

attachment.php?attachmentid=701

Well heres mine clicky clicky

If you want to keep it really simple just secure the amp to the back of the rear seat.

Heres mine, only took a morning.

;)

I'll second Ross.

Keep it simple, although if you want to maintain access to the spare wheel, that could be a little tricky - there ain't much space left once you avoid the wheel well area.

For me:

and how I did it :)
