How do I know if my air con needs re-gassing? It seems cold but not as cold as I would have expected, the car is a T reg.

You can take it to Kwik fit and they will do a full re gas for around £50. They guarantee it will be 10% cooler or you pay nothing.

If the car's that old and has never had the aircon serviced, it will need doing. Kwik-fit isn't a bad idea either for once, because they use an automated drain, weigh and refill system that even a Kwit-fit chimp, er fitter can't get wrong.
