Colour Printing in Outlook

I've come across a problem with the Outlook 2003 used at work.

I created a small table in an E-mail using the table function in Outlook and highlighted complete rows of some of the table entries in colour. Sent the E-mail. So far so good. The table displays on the LCD screen showing the selected highlights in colour.

However, when I come to print-out the e--mail, the highlights just print -out black and white.

Others areas of the E-mail which are in colour, other than default, print out OK.

Any ideas how this can be remedied or is this another shortfall in Outlook ?
