On the assumption I change my Octy after 3 years it will take me to October 2011.

Do you reckon the next Octy will be out by then? After a bit of googling I'm not expecting it but unsure as to how much lead time they have on this sort of thing.

I wouldn't want another Octy which is virtually identical TBH as I'd want a new car to be NEW.

Early 2013 is most likely I think. Maybe end of 2012 but I'd say it's unlikely with VAG politics and the launch of the Mk7 Golf.
