Hi again, I keep having new ideas for my truck. Now in the haynes manual it mentions an anti roll bar, aint got one on my pick up or my 1.3 donor car. I guess these were fitted on the 1.6? Should I rob the one off my dads 1.6? Is this an easy job? or worth it?

yes defo worth it you will notice the dfferance.

most of the 1.6 motors ahve one and all the diesels do. depending on the age of your pickup you may need to swap wishbones

i've fitted a 22mm anti roll bar to my pickup, the normal felicia one is 20mm but you can still buy the 22mm ones from vw, it's from a caddy with a 9u chassis code and it is a direct swap... it makes a huge difference having the bigger one on there

how much was that tom, did it come with bushes or not.. i was thinking of getting the 22mm one for my rally car

it's not supplied with the bushes... if i'm honest i cant remember how much it was now, but i seem to remember it came to less than £100 including the bushes. i seem to remember them saying that the supply of them will be fairly limited in the future too. i may have bought the last one they had in group stock at the time.. if you fire up the search button there WILL be a thread on here somewhere about it by me or maybe the member pinkskud with the parts numbers etc
