If it's a fake, they're sourcing their OBD-II connector from the same place as the official ones -- which may not be that hard to do, i'm not sure.

Send the seller a message asking for the serial number to be able to verify with RossTech that it's legit.

Whatever it is, it's only for cars with K Lines, so might well just be an old cable.
