It will be 8 months old and have covered approximately 5,000 miles. It will have 28 months or approx 55,000 miles warranty remaining. 1 owner from new, not yet serviced (1st service not due until Jan 2011).

Mechanically the vehicle is fautless and doesn't suffer from any annoying squeeks or rattles.

Yes. As stated in the first post, am looking to sell as of 1st Sept when my new car arrives.

If I get a confirmed buyer then I'll clearly mark the thread title as sold, otherwise it's still available.

Did you purchase the car from a UK Franchise Dealer? Does this model have a spare alloy wheel in the boot? It may see a silly question but I know the Yeti does not have one. What is the BHP of the engine?
