I have conducted a search and cannot see this has been covered.

Whilst trying to get into the secret menu i found the radio menu that made referance to DAB.

However when going into this it seems not to work. Is there a way to do this or is it possable to buy a add on box.

The hardware is missing, if you have the latest firmware on your columbus then the DAB option disappears alltogether. Since germany and several other countries decided to dump DAB the option was dropped. It seems only us in the UK is proceeding with an outdated technology from the mid 1980s, whereas the EU are investigating other alternatives.

I have a Pure PocketDAB 1500 in my Octavia which plugs in to the jumbo box 3.5mm socket, works pretty well and allowed me to get dab without having to replace the Bolero head unit
