Exhaust - Felicia

Featured Replies

The exhaust bracket at the back end of the car has broken/snapped so that the exhaust is loose and obviously makes a rattling noise when I drive.

Obviously it's not a good idea to drive around like this:

(1) is this going to be really expensive to fix?

(2) Can the exhaust be welded onto the bracket for a short term solution?

(3) Should I buy a new bracket on ebay/other used parts online shop and find a garage to fix for me?

(4) The car is going in for an MOT and service next week - shall I wait for them to fix this problem then?

Any assistance appreciated.
