thinking of uprating the brakes on my pd100 tdi fabia, they're currently standard discs on ferrodo pads, but as the power builds up, the need to stop does also

what would i need to get in order to fit vrs sized discs and calipers? as someone told me i would need a new hub :S if this is case i think i'll just use mintex race pads and v/d/g discs standard size

any help appreciated, thanks

Obviously you can fit uprated 256mm discs and pads.

For upgrading to larger brakes eg Audi TT 312s, you need to source the complete hub housing / wheel bearings from fabia vRS - Usually scrapyards is the best value place to get these, but ensure you get ones where the front wheels were not source of impact as this bends the housings (as I have found out to my cost.....)
