Qs about seat and window switches

My drivers side electric window switch has busted, it still works but something has broke on it and its wonky, likely to fall out of its holder, any idea how much these are, im guessing the whole switch assembly part of the arm will be needed??

Is the drivers side seat base foam replaceable? its all squished and im sitting on metal. Also the seat seems to rock gently like a rocking chair if you move. (not along the rails)
