Sorry if this has been brought up before but does anyone know how to remove the rear two single bulbs on an estate. The manual say just remove but do they twist or pull out, or do you need a special tool. Maybe i'm being a tool but i don't seem to be able to get them to shift.

Are you referring to the 2x W5W bulbs that make up the outer edge of the 'C' shaped light cluster?

If so I believe they just pull out, the bulb sits in a plastic housing and the housing pushes into the plastic body of the light cluster.

They might take a little effort otherwise they would just fall out when you go over a bump in the road - of which there are many...............

When i've changed them I have just pulled on the plastic housing until it comes out.

Yep, they simply pull out, just be careful your pulling the plastic bulb holder and not tugging on the wire!

Had a go last night, couldn't get my fat fingers round the connector so had to use a pair of thin nosed pliers.

They don't make things simple do they, not something i'd want to do if it was dark and wet.
