Want a new hose rather than cutting my to fit the delete pipe i got any one know name/number and where to buy on cheap other than scrap yard,car is the tdi pd 130

Ebay? 45degree silicon bend

The delete pipe replaces the EGR / antishudder mechanism, you keep the black elbow section of pipework, without the need to cut it (as far as I am aware).

In the instructions it says you have to cut one of the fixings of dont know how hard this is so thought it best to buy another hose incase i damaged hose.,if its just a 45degree bend what diam does it need to be.

Maybe it depends on how the pipe is attached.

Here is the pipe and fixing from my 110TDI

More like 90 deg, not 45, surely?

Looks like i might have to invest in a dremel or similar,if hose is bought new from dealers does it come with metal fixings??

That pipe (in the ULR link) is definitely different to the pipe on my 110 which is flexible at both ends. Suggest you check yours before you make a potentially unnecessary purchase. I would imagine the fixings will be supplier separately by the dealer.
