Valeo rear parking sensor (4 pc) "N3 kit"

Featured Replies

Spotted this in costco. Its a 4 sensor kit but costs £135 inc. Fitting which you arrange after. Presumably not colour coding, but i thought the Valeo kits were good quality and loks like a good price as it includes fitting.

Any thoughts?

Ouchie!! Why pay so much? Recently brought a 4 pc from Maplins and fitted it myself, took me about 2 hours but that was because i was really nervous about drilling the rear bumper. The kit i brought came with it's own hole cutter and a lil display that tells you which side is closest. It works aswell as the oem ones in cars tht i have driven. Not 100% sure but i think they could also be painted, didn't bother me as they are black and i have a black car and you can't tell at all. The cost?? 20 quid and 2 hours of my time, first time i've ever done anything like it and it was really simple.

If you want a colour coded set there's a place on ebay that sells them pre painted.

personally, I would prefer to recommend reputable branded hardware than just whatever maplin have on offer. I believe that Valeo kits are the type often used as dealer fitted accessories.

And some people just won't be interested in DIY so a fitting service is required
